Early last year singer Danica Hunter gave a show stopping performance at Flavourmag live. Now the soulful singer returns with her debut EP ‘LiES & BUTTERFLiES’ which will be released on the 23rd June.
Inspired by the likes of Lily Allen and Amy Winehouse, the Reading based 19-year-old bares all her heartaches and disappointments in this 5-tracked EP. She says: ‘t’s all about transformation – the journey from pain to reward – from teenager to young adult – from aspiring artist to the real hard world of music. We are told lots of untruths in so many ways – and then we discover that we’re very much alone in the world – our discovery is unique – this is a challenging part of our lives.’
