After working as a backing singer for artists such as Stevie Wonder, Elton John and the late Michael Jackson, talented singer Judith Hill steps centre stage to open up for John Legend on his All Of Me UK Tour.
She is honoured to have been personally invited by John Legend to join him on his 8-date tour which starts in Manchester tonight (6th October), and includes two shows at London’s Hammersmith Apollo on the 13th and 16th October. This is the first time Judith Hill will tour the UK and tops off an exciting period for the rising starlet as she has recently signed a worldwide deal with Sony Music / The Cherry Party.
Judith has been praised by Rolling Stone for her “stellar powerhouse vocals”. and pens and performs her own material, having written her first song at the age of four. Hers is one of the stories told in director Morgan Neville’s acclaimed 20 Feet From Stardom, a film that shines the spotlight on the untold true story of the backup singers behind some of the greatest musical legends of the 21st century. The film has won the Film Critics Award for Best Documentary and an Academy Award for Best Documentary among many others.
Judith is currently in the studio with Isa from Florence and The Machine working on her debut album, which will be released in early 2015.
