Mr ‘Ego’ himself, Kanye West was out in West London recently splashing his cash in the luxury brand stores of Knightsbridge.
Now, we’re no stranger to celebrities showcasing their expanding fortunes publically at every opportunity, but when we heard that the ‘All The Lights’ rapper was keeping his stash in non-descript brown bags, we took a double take. According to The Sun Newspaper, when Kanye finally reached the till point having racked up a £27, 000 bill, he called for an assistant who scurried over with the bag crammed full of bank notes… we’re just sorry for the poor sales assistant who had to count it all!
Other celebs out spending their dough recently have included Queen B herself, Beyonce, who managed to buy £5000 worth of goods in TopShop alone after spending just an hour in the store. LA Galaxy footballer David Beckham was snapped out with son Romeo shopping at Fred Segel too just before the birth of his fourth child, daughter Harper Seven. In LA Chris Brown’s was spotted on a spree just after his 22nd birthday in May, whilst his ex-beau Rihanna indulged in the fashion that Sydney, Australia, had to offer.
