While the heatwave has apparently gone for good, Graham’s Port is hoping to bring a bit of sunny Porto to London with a month-long takeover of the OXO Tower bar and terrace from 3rd September – 30th September.
The entire venue will be transformed into a slice of Portugal but, what’s more, Graham’s have worked with an expert mixologist to create a range of exciting Port cocktails for guests to try – from P&T (Port and Tonic, hailed as the new G&T) through to brand new serves like The Hummingbird (the best of Portugal and England in a glass – Graham’s Fine White Port, Harvey Nichols English Sparkling Wine, a dash of honey and fresh lemon), The 10 Year Old Fashioned (a new Portuguese twist on the classic Old Fashioned cocktail) and London Sunset (a beautiful mix of Graham’s Six Grapes Port, white Tequila, lychee purée, fresh lime and just a touch of agave syrup).
It’s a great opportunity to try new, unique drinks in a beautiful setting, the pop-up is open to everyone but people are encouraged to book a table to avoid disappointment.
