Crafted at the Flimby factory in Cumbria, the latest 991v1 boasts premium chocolate and caramel tones designed to age beautifully over time. The sleek silhouette, known for its heritage-led design and slimmer, upright profile, contrasts the modern suede-and-mesh 991v2, offering a more refined, elevated finish.
What makes this edition special? It nods to Italy’s unique adoption of the 991v1 as a formalwear sneaker. Worn with suits and tailored looks by creatives in Milan and Florence, the sneaker became a symbol of quiet luxury—something this leather execution captures in full.
The accompanying campaign, The Return, takes the sneaker on a cinematic train journey back to its birthplace in Flimby. Expect visuals that highlight craftsmanship, slow travel, and the idea that true luxury lies in time and materials.
