The MTV UK released their Top 10 UK emcees recently and now is the time for our US counterparts to publish their annual list.
So who are the biggest and most important figures in rap today? Is Big Sean a better rapper than Eminem, Ludacris and Common? MTV’s list always creates controversy but if its based on radio airplays and popularity maybe it’s right on the mark? If its based on lyrical ability then maybe this list would be different.
