Mogul of the Month: Janelle Monáe

Grammy-nominated singer Janelle Monáe has a voice so powerful, and a style like no other. Sporting colours of black and white, the 24 year old singer captures a timeless look that is both transcending and classic.

Her trademark monochrome brogues are incredible and reflect originality and elegance- allowing her to stand out amongst any crowd. Janelle’s love for black and white started as a young teenager, “As I’ve grown up, I started to extract myself from colour. Black and white always makes me feel calm, and I feel more in control” and she describes her style as timeless and simple.
