Calling all Gin Lovers! Just a little reminder that Merchant Square’s Botanical Bar will be holding cocktail masterclasses and gin tasting on the brand new ‘Floating Pocket Park’ in Paddington Basin on the Grand Union Canal on selected dates in July and August.
The exclusive bar can accommodate up to 100 guests and is running Thursdays and Fridays throughout the summer, from 12-9pm.

The Botanical Bar will be home to a tantalising and innovative cocktail list with drinks to tickle every taste-bud. Learn to knock up delicious classics and/or Botanical Bar originals with our talented bartenders. You’ll receive a drink on arrival followed by a fun interactive masterclass in cocktail creation. With a friendly competition and a farewell shot to finish, we’re sure you will leave as a Merry Master Mixologist! Gin Tasting – Running on Thursday 20th July and Thursday 10th August from 5.30pm
You’ll find a G&T menu that’s sure to inspire at The Botanical Bar, featuring ‘skillfully distilled mixers’ from The London Essence Company matched to premium gin brands such as Monkey 47, Beefeater 24 and Plymouth. Let us guide you and your party through beautifully balanced botanicals, tantalising tonics and gorgeous fresh garnishes, so you can make the perfect serve at home!
