For those of you that live in the Bethnal Green or Shoreditch area, you can now experience and taste fantastic Yan Ji Korean Barbecue only a stone throw away from home.
For those of you that don’t live anywhere near Bethnal Green or Shoreditch, you can still pop down and give it a try (you won’t regret it).
It’s time to venture into the heart of Bethnal Green/Shoreditch and discover Yan Ji Barbecue – great tasting authentic Korean barbecue located on busy Bethnal Green Road, E2.
With its high spec, hand-made, built-in charcoal grills, for which Korean Barbecue is known for, dimly lit ambient lighting and intimate booth style seating with individual extraction fans ensure each and every customer can get the most out of their dining experience.
Brace yourself for king prawn skewers – cooked on the grill, Kimchi pancake, homemade dumplings (with various fillings), crispy chicken wings and slices of pork tenderloin sit alongside traditional pig’s trotters, chicken heart, lamb kidney and pig intestine, before giving way to rice, noodle and broth-based dishes. Spicy stir–fried pork belly with kimchi, spare beef ribs in clear broth, hot pot sausage with tofu and Korean style cold noodle soup round things off nicely and deliver a more than a satisfying feeling.
Open seven days a week, for lunch and dinner, 12:00 – 22:30 (22:00 Sunday), Yan Ji Barbecue caters for all, whether it be solo or communal dining, larger private parties can hire out the basement PDRs accommodating up to 12 people per room.
It’s new and recently opened, so follow Yan Ji on facebook here and if you want to make a whole night of it, why not book tickets to the Glitterfest on Saturday 27th July at Metropolis Club and you can go to Yan Ji first and then the Glitterfest after. Job Done.
