Karen Harding is currently the girl of the moment right now with her catchy debut single “Say Something” on repeat across all major UK radio stations. Before the singers hugely popular track dropped, you may have heard of her from Eurovision or as a contestant on The X Factor.
In 2010, she competed in Eurovision: Your Country Needs You, which was the national final where they decided who would represent the UK in that years Eurovision Song Contest. Unfortunatley Karen was eliminated in the penultimate round after singing a Kylie Minogue hit.
In 2013 Harding took part in the famous reality show, The X Factor and it was actually during her appearance on the show where she caught the eye of successful producer MNEK. Shortly after she left the competition she was approached by MNEK resulting in her being signed by Method Records. The duo hit the studio straight away and came up with fire in form of the singers first single “Say Something”. The track dropped in January 2015 and debuted straight in at number 7 on the official UK chart. Not only has the 23 year old been working with MNEK but she has also joined forces with producers and songwriters such as Tom Aspaul, CockNBallKid, Mark J.Feist, Rodney Jerkins, Jimmy Napes and Richard Stannard to name a few.
Since the release of Karen’s first debut single she also dropped a lyrical video on Vevo in February 2015 for a new track titled “Those Girls”. We already have it down as a future hit!
