This week Apple’s iTunes released Rewind 2009, its lists of the year’s best and best-selling media. Kings of Leon’s “Only by the Night” was the best-selling album and also named best album of the year. Black Eyed Peas’ “Boom Boom Pow” was the best-selling song.
It won’t be a surprise to know that Michael Jackson was named artist of the year, and Lady Gaga was tapped as best new artist. “Twilight” topped the movie sales chart. Season 3 of “Mad Men” was the best-selling season among TV shows, and “Stew-Roids” from “Family Guy” was the top episode.
