The new summer menu from All Star Lanes features ’High Roller’’ Wagyu & Lobster Tail burger, the summer G&T menu and a whole lot more will be available.
Available now, you can get US-style eats and speakeasy drinks, with a unique and swanky twist. Exec Chef, Ashely Clarke, and Head of Booze, Sean Soon’s new Summer menus add a hint of indulgence to All-American classics.
The new ‘High Roller’ burger (£20) is a shout-out to the popular surf ’n’ turf supper, featuring 6oz pure Wagyu beef topped with a whole fresh lobster tail, homemade crunchy slaw, rocket, Creole mayo, and finished with a skewer of tiger prawns. For those who want double the decadence, an extra Wagyu patty can be added for £9. Or you can upgrade your other favourite All Star beef burger to succulent Wagyu for an additional £6.
Then there’s the not-your-5-year-old-niece’s-version of a sundae, where instead of classic chocolate fudge or caramel, topped with the guest’s choice of Elderflower Fizz or a 50ml shot of Prosecco. The ‘Summer Fizz Float’ (£4.50) is a fresh seasonal medley of strawberries, peach compote, raspberry coulis, vanilla ice cream and either elderflower bubbly or, for £2 more, Prosecco.
Humble fries have also been given the All Star treatment by Chef, drawing inspiration from his favourite NYC delis to create Reuben Fries (£6) – homemade (Dedham Vale) salt beef, smoked triple cheese sauce, his ‘kimchikraut’, pickles and drizzles of deli mustard atop homemade skinny fries. Chef’s also launching ‘Pizza Fries’ for Summer (£6) – skinny fries topped with pepperoni and basil marinara sauce, grilled mozzarella and pepperoni crisps.
As for enhancing their bar experience, Sean Soon loves a British G&T and is introducing his ‘G&T Menu’ series just in time for upcoming National Gin Day. The collection of nine custom botanical blends showcases nine different gin brands to explore, as well as the carefully paired flavoured tonics and fresh ingredients. The list includes Summery sippers served in giant gin bubble glasses, with flavours such as strawberry & black peppercorn speckled tonic spiked with Martin Miller’s Westbourne Strength Gin, or the orange peel and cardamom with elderflower tonic mixed with Rock Rose gin.
