The lead single, “Chocolate High,” features her former boyfriend Musiq Soulchild, while second single “Therapy” includes Jamaican roots artist Gramps Morgan. Production was contributed by Arie, Novel and Dru Castro, among others, reports Billboard.com.
Arie launched her own label, Soulbird Music, in June, with the release of singer Anthony David’s album, “Acey Deucy.” The artists teamed for the single “Words,” which is up for a Grammy for best R&B performance by a duo or group with vocals.
