Multi-media recording artist and producer Grimes unleashes the official video for ‘Venus Fly’ and its surreal.
The video, directed and edited by Grimes, also features Janelle Monáe. Speaking on the inspiration of the video, Grimes says,
“We used the Phantom cameras to create a feeling of time suspended,”
‘Venus Fly’ is taken from Grimes’ critically-adored album ‘Art Angels’ (4AD) which had prime placement on basically every End of Year list. Last year, Grimes toured the album, selling out venues and headlining festivals across the world.
