Returning in June for its third year, Canadian technical apparel brand lululemon will host Sweatlife Festival in London.
The extended 2018 line-up will move from a one-day event to a two-day festival on the 23rd – 24th of June at Tobacco Dock, London.
Studio partners including Frame, Heartcore, Kobox, Psycle, UN1T, Xtend Barre and Third Space are scheduled to host classes for all levels. Classes will range from Psycle’s ‘Ride Intro’ for first timers who want to learn their ‘tap backs’ from their ‘dips’ to yoga with Kirsty Gallagher, whose uplifting and playful practice based around the yoga goddess Durga will invite guests to find their true inner grit and strength. Bringing the best of what the UK has to offer outside of London.
Sweatlife is the largest lululemon community experience in Europe, a transformational event inspiring and empowering new and experienced guests to live a life they love. Its purpose is to connect guests with local and globally renowned studios and teachers, building authentic relationships for an expected 5,000 guests. The event will celebrate the ever-evolving and expanding fitness landscape, providing yoga, boxing, pilates, spin, barre, bootcamp and dance from all corners of the UK, under one roof.
Marking the importance and increased demand for real conversation in and around fitness, lululemon will run a speaker-based series throughout the weekend. Encouraging discussion around key topics such as diversity, body positivity, community and work/life balance. Speakers will include the founders of Park Run and Good Gym, The Tempest Two, Melissa Hemsley and Carly Rowena, among others.
As a healthy lifestyle-inspired athletic apparel company for yoga, running, training, and most other sweaty pursuits, Sweatlife festival is a key part of lululemon’s commitment to elevating the health and fitness of its global communities. Sweatlife Berlin and Paris are also planned for Summer 2018, to continue growth of the event, enabling and inspiring people across Europe to live happy, healthy, fun lives.
