Netflix dominance over numerous Marvel creations continue with The Defenders next in their catalogue of series and three first look images have been revealed.
The Defenders, which releases globally in the summer, has Sigourney Weaver set to play the villain Alexandra and a further cast of Krysten Ritter, Charlie Cox, Finn Jones, and Mike Colter.
Marvels’ The Defenders follows Daredevil (Charlie Cox), Jessica Jones (Krysten Ritter), Luke Cage (Mike Colter) and Iron Fist (Finn Jones). A quartet of singular heroes with one common goal – to save New York City. This is the story of four solitary figures, burdened with their own personal challenges, who realise they just might be stronger when teamed together.
