Follow the twinkling Dinerama lights to our Shoreditch East Pole – start upstairs at The Zephyr Lounge and try the Winter Cup with cognac, triple sec, vermouth, lemon and ginger ale. Cross the bridge to our cosy alpine lodge, Dick’s Magic T-Bar, for roaring fires, frozen toffee vodka shots and mountain views, then settle in a snug corner and sip on a sweet and delicious Hot Wine. Finish your festive drinking downstairs by grabbing a Boozy Hot Chocolate from Pioneer Bar with cocoa, hot milk, mango vodka and cayenne pepper – Yule be glad you did.
Over at our Canada Water winter wonderland, Hawker House, we’ll be thawing out in the Whisky Bar with winter warmers from our wonderful Whisky 50 list. Make a move upstairs to our magnificent Milk & Honey Mercury Lounge and ask for a New York Sour – it’s your new favourite festive tipple with Bourbon, lemon juice, egg white and red wine. Downstairs at Hangar Bar, get stuck into the holiday spirits with a Sloe Gin Negroni – a boozy, bittersweet combination of gin, sloe gin, Campari and sweet vermouth.
