Yen have created a tasting menu exclusively for Valentine’s Day, to be served at the restaurant on the evening of February 14th. Starters, brought to the table to share, will include tuna tartare and artichoke tempura alongside Yen’s signature handmade soba noodles – served hot or cold with dashi broth. Guests will then be able to choose from Welsh lamb chops with Red Miso or Onagi eel Tareyaki, as well as a selection of freshly made sushi, using the highest quality fish. The meal will round off with a delicious dessert of Chocolate fondant with Yamazaki whisky ice cream, and guests will be treated to a glass of Grace Blanc de Blanc on arrival.
