and now only just 2 full weeks of exercise, I’m nearing getting back to shape and I’m so much happier. You wouldn’t believe this is the same person
Those who exercise will know exactly what I’m talking about and to them I’d just say don’t take it for granted like I did. But those of you who don’t know what I’m talking about when I say endorphin rush, get active and watch your life change.
