Hey people! My name is Rebecca. I am a 27 year old nutritionist from North London. I set up my consultancy called Embrace Nutrition in July 2012. I have a huge passion for helping people eat healthily, whether it be to lose weight, help with a medical condition, or just to get healthy! The thing that makes me different is I am realistic and know that making any change in life is going to be tough. I am there for my clients from day 1 and they know that. I am also a bit of a cook too so love creating fun and exciting AND healthy recipes for everyone! I am definitely an urban girl there is no question. I love music expecially hiphop and Rnb.
