Partnered with a bottle of Perrier Jouët Grand Brut, Blason Rosè champagne or Perrier Jouët Belle Epoque with mesmerizing starlight views across Sol Den Serra bay, this unforgettablefive-coursee meal is assembled with fresh local produce from sea and land with use of ingredients from Amante’s very own organic garden.
PACKAGE: The Amante Table Gold Package starts €400 per couple with either a bottle of Perrier Jouët Grand Brut or one bottle of Blason Rosè champagne and is available until the end of September.

Having been voted ‘Best Beach Restaurant’ and ‘Best Fine Dining Restaurant’ on the island, this new experience promises a culinary feast with uniquely mixed cocktails and home grown dishes. Diners can savour organic tomato salad with confit cod and Kalamate olives and risotto with fresh green vegetables direct from Amante’s garden. From the Mediterranean, octopus is chargrilled in the Josper oven and served with Ibiza’s traditional spiced meat sobrasada and suckling pig is slow cooked with sweet potatoes and marinated onions.
Personal privileges of Amante’s private dining table include a dedicated waiter for the evening who will serve an individually tailored tasting menu created by the restaurant’s Head Chef.
