NYC based studio band ‘Somatic Moon’ are set to release their debut single ‘Dream’ ahead of the release of their brand new EP ‘Mess’.
The ambient and orchestral record features recorded cello and trumpet to add another dimension to the already hauntingly gripping tune.
After forming in order to create music that drives the listener rough a musical journey of emotions, melodies and musicianship, ‘Somatic Moon’ are a band that create absorbing compositions that fans of Portishead and Massive Attack will appreciate. Their debut single ‘Dream’ is a fascinating fusion of alternative indie-rock and trip-hop with a hint of singer-songwriter influence, resulting from the amalgamation of a diverse range of past experience from each band member.
