A complex, intelligent, moving and captivating piece of film, A Dream of a Life attempts to piece together the pieces of this enigmatic woman’s life.
Featuring interviews from those who knew her, imagined scenes and a view of 1980’s London, the film shows urban lives, music, culture, racial issues and love.
