30 years of representing the sounds of roots reggae; the formidable Channel One Soundsystem will head to Wembley with their strong spiritual ethos and their all-vinyl and dubplate selection to retain their Red Bull Culture Clash title. He’s worked with the likes of Wyclef Jean to Snoop Dogg, international reggae superstar Anthony B will be supporting Channel One, live. Genre-defying super producer Diplo brings his festival-tested Major Lazer Soundsystem to take on the reigning champions. He’ll be pitted against the heavy line-up backing Radio 1’s Annie Mac, led by dubstep’s original supergroup – Magnetic Man. She’ll also have special guests Rudimental, Disclosure, P Money and Ms Dynamite. Completing the bill is pioneering grime collective Boy Better Know, flying the flag for North London with special guests Lethal B and Chip. Allegiances will be revealed on the night, on stage, facing the roar of the crowd as their crews draw the battle lines until just one sound rises.
Tim Westwood, will co-host the event alongside Gemma Cairney and is warming up for the ultimate party: “This ain’t the same old same old. This ain’t your regular high street club.
